When has it ever been inappropriate to use the defining moment of a Presidency when campaigning for a second term? Bottom line is that liberals fear that this is a huge advantage for Bush & they are willing to do anything to keep Bush from appropriately mentioning 9/11. They reach new lows every day. And the liberal media are willing lap dogs.
