Greg, fear is not what I am spreading. I have seriously tried to express my view points based upon 14 years of being extremely successful in the PC business. From a contrary point of view this thread smells of complacency, exhuberance and 9 to 1 bullish posts over bearish post. If this thread had "nothing" but bearish posts on it then we might all agree that we could be approaching a bottom in Dell. Honestly I think all of you should welcome a non bullish viewpoint from time to time so that you don't all become brain washed like some sort of cult.

The problem with these threads is that it is impossible to determine the "true" backgrounds and networths of those participating. We don't know if a "fear" response is from a crazy person or 9 year old kid or geez, quite possibly an executive who is worth 7 figures who just might be telling you guys something that you should be thinking about.

On the other hand some of the responses that I get which are only attacks that say "I don't know what I'm talking about", could also be coming from a 9 year old kid who bought Dell, or a used car salesman who thinks he knows everything there is to know about computers.

I will make one assumption, none of us here, including me, will ever make a difference in the outcome in the trading of Dell Stock. You would have to be a 9 digit trader to move this market, not 6,7 or even 8. (I am a 6 digit trader myself). As far as I am concerned this is only pure entertainment and none of us, including myself, should take anything too seriously. The beauty of this thread is that if you don't like what you read or here, then go away. As I have said before, most of the posters on this thread seem to be of a much higher IQ than those on Yahoo.

This is my last public post on the Dell thread. If anyone wishes to correspond with me I will only do it on the private post. My final statement is:

Dell is a great American company. All American box makers are going to go through a few tough years as the momentum slows. Dell is a speculative stock, book value at 3 bucks and P/E near 50. Expectations for Dell are at the highest level possible, any disapointment would pop this bubble very quickly. When will the bubble burst, during the next 3 months. I predict Dell will lose over 50% of it's current market cap. Dell will be back at this level in 5 years if they are not bought out by then.

Good Bye and good luck.
