Dave, who besides a stock promoter, has toured the plant and has publically
said that they were impressed with it? Maybe I missed those independant
third party press releases.

You may be right that the Curacao people were not unimpressed with the
plant. More likely, they were unimpressed with the company, its stock, its
shenanigans, or any of the other problems. So far, all of the big money
has been bailing out and none has come in. That is not usually a good
sign of things to come. But I keep forgetting, for every problem SOLV
has, there is an equally unusual answer: it is always someone else's fault.

Shift the blame, shift the focus....one of the oldest dodge's in the book.
