The debenture conversion would not have been a problem with respect to dilution if the stock had not been deliberately manipulated down. Now there's a story for any budding securities investigator. Look to the debenture holders for any manipulation. Here's the catch...who bought the 5.6 million shares since the reverse split and what are they betting on? Sounds like valuable assets to me.

CAYC has a small float. Just a little buying will get it back above $4.
