jmac, Allan Murray from WSJ--said this morning that the judge has summoned both parties to meet with him this week. There is speculation that he could try to faciliate some settlement or provide some guidance on such a possibility. I bet he wants a settlement that is reasonable. The way the situation is currently, a reasonable settlement seems out of the question and that could be why he wants to meet both parties.
