Richard,

I think the odds of Babish returning to this company as things stand now are about as great as those of Rhodes deciding he wants to devote the rest of his life carrying out Mother Theresa's mission. Remember, Lee Henderson is the only player in the company to sign an affadavit in the case against Babish, and he now has an even larger role in this company. What do you think the odds are that Babish would be willing to return and work with him on a day-to-day basis?

You are right: a belly up company will help no one. I could be wrong, but I think that that is the inevitable direction in which this company is heading with its current Directors. That's why it's necessary to force them out.

I admit to being foolish for not diversifying more. You have a proven track record of being a very smart investor and if people are out to make a quick buck I think they can probably learn a lot from following you. I fell in love with this company, which was my own fault. I blame no one else for it. But you can not change the past. I want to see this company thrive and grow, for financial reasons as well as for what they potentially have to offer some very sick people. The only way for this company to survive, IMO is to sweep the rascals out. In this case, doing the right thing and doing the profitable thing are one and the same.
