To bring Canada through the 1800s and forward, is there any other possibility than banning public debate, gerrymandering voting districts (like London and US) or is something like in Wales, Scotland or in both irelands possible??
Or must Canada frolick in that true gerrymandered elephant-donkey bed as the the last anglo-murrican two-party, FPTP, non-proportional system (besides US, although one never knows about those latinos), just to be polite and give some hope.

Any Latino-Mexican-Canadian stuff brewing, or will Canada willingly join those not even that much, just to be polite??
