Phil,

This is just speculation on my part. Since the consolidation has been delayed it is safe to assume that CAYC and OLEX still want to combine operations but they need to do the deal in a way that avoids excessive dilution to Caye and provides Oilex shareholders a fair price. If Caye was a predator they would have already bought up the outstanding shares.

I am in Oilex at an average of .22 since the beginning of this year and in Caye at an average of $1.46.
