Jim, perhaps a more likley explnation of the recent press release is the following. Friday, a rumor starts that the lawsuit is over and IMMD won. Volume picks up on the stock and the company is clobbered with phone calls inquiring as to the validity of the "news". Monday the frenzy picks up steam and IMMD feels a need to react. Given the fact that they are wrapped up in lawsuits, it is not suprising that they chose to go on the record to cover their asses as not being the source of the rumour. The press release says nothing. It is clear that its only purpose is to keep class action lawyers out of Houston.
