Agreed Cobalt - Bob has been a part of the SI quality.
A future with an admin, that doesn't have the huge knowledge on the members, and their ways, as Bob has, will bring the moderation quality to the ragingbull level, where people speaking the truth gets kicked on complaints from the bad guys.

Proof: The notorious Cayman Red Bay Yacht Club stock pumper, is happy with Bobs departure.
