You CAN blame Obama for the way he's gone about addressing the economic climate. He's failed to address the banking issues. He's vacillated between predicting Armageddon and saying everything's rosy. He allowed Pelosi and Reid to stuff the so-called stimulus package with garbage. Markets have a psychological component. An amateur with schizophrenic tendencies is not helpful.
