Robert,
Thought this might interest you. Regulation T requires 50% in a margin account to trade. To buy $200,000 worth you need to put up $100,000. If the account drops below 50% it becomes restricted, and at 25% you would receive a maintenance call which would mean you have to pump in more money to bring the account back up to REG T levels. The rule works a little differently for shorts. I thought this info might be of some use in the future. Good luck investing. VTSS sure has been volatile lately!!! Reguards LPP
