JT, I think I finally figured it out. One should be greedy when others have fear and fearfull when others are greedy. Seems rather basic. It was almost a spiritual revelation this afternoon. All of the sudden instead of feeling fear, I looked around and saw great opportunities. It sure took me a long time to figure the lesson. Thanks! Berney
