I agree with you about pot being legalized and regulated. Meanwhile the FDA is currently harming the public. There is no reason left for them to insist that doctors can't prescribe it. They have the ability to reverse themselves in one day. And they need to be honest enough to do it now. People are sick, suffering and dying that could all be helped. The FDA needs to act ASAP. They need to ask congress to change the law. There is no justification for them to do anything else.
