kgreen, I echo your thoughts and share you concern about the timeliness of the Nasdaq announcement. Unfortunately, Helen made some immediate forward looking statements about nasdaq at the time of the shareholder meeting, that didn't prove out. So, yes, I too am concerned about the offical nasdaq notification. Let's hope it's tomorrow. Lew
