Steve,

I've watched this thread come alive the past few days. You state that CAYC wants to give OLEX a fair valuation and not dilute any CAYC. If it is true that the market valuation is around $2.00/share for OLEX assets then why isn't the market responding to this so called undervalued company. Also you stated that all was needed to get CAYC up to $4.00/share was some buying because of such a small float. If there is no appreciable revenues for this company, who would buy it. AS of today, CAYC price was only .08 higher than OLEX with only 2500 shares traded.

So far I have yet to see any good coming from this situation. Yes there might be a bounce up for OLEX if it goes any lower, but I don't see anything sustainable.

If OLEX has the cash reserves to spend, why are they not developing the gas prospects in CO and WV. Gas is more profitable right now than oil. Also, re-entering wells requires a permit, I have not see any type of permit filed concerning this.

Just a few questions on my mind. If you have the answer to these questions or any factual information, please post it. Also, it's never safe to assume anything.
