Maybe the bull could come up with something like the March bounce. Then it was becoming crystal clear that the second half recovery wouldn't happen and after the pop the market cratered into the summer lows. So they could somehow pump Nasdaq up to 1500 and spend the next months selling it down to 800-1000.
