Robin: I agree with you about the Henderson appointment. Who on earth can do a job like VP of a small company like PRLN, and not be compensated? Look at Babish, he left cause he wasn't making enough money, and then they put Henderson on board and they don't even pay him!!! Go figure??? Nothing against Karen as I am sure she is top notch, but come on, an Administrative Assistant as VP for paracelsian???? They need top notch senior executives with real business and scientific savy. What possibly can she add to the management team? Fellow threaders ---- I smell a major rat here. It seems like paracelsian had to make changes in leadership because of the possible SEC investigation and possible shareholder lawsuits. Something just does not add up--- One last thought. They had $1 million (after current payables) on June 30. My guess is that they are down to 5-600 thousand. These are extremely low numbers in which to operate. I imiagine attorney fees are killing them. They can't last long. I also wonder if Rhodes got a golden parachute to leave.... Rick D
