Very good news indeed. IMO acceleration of rollout will do more to enhance shareholder value than all the speculation and rhetoric we've heard until now. The licenses are still the major asset but no one seems to know how to value them. One thing for certain is that an asset that is being utilized and is income producing has more value than the same asset sitting idle. This increased market presence should also be viewed as a plus by a prospective acquiror as the consolidation goes on. Nice to see management concentrating on the business again. Ed
