Not exactly, I think a potential juror has a 100% chance of coming to a conclusion equal to or more favorable to MS than the Judge. This is statistically correct because they could find anything worse. I am not a polster, but the theory is that since at least one of sites I saw was written in Java, all the Java Guys voted first and only now are more objective people starting to vote. Duke
