Yes, 40-45%, that's correct.

ROTFLMAO!! Correct in your mind maybe??

Just more David Ray OPINIONS presented as FACTS!

Here is what the XM 10-K for 2006 has to say about it.

" The conversion rate for 2006 was 53.3% compared to 56.9% for 2005. "

Last time I checked.. 53.3% is not 55 - 60%.
I mean the exact numbers are available, and the numbers have been in this 53% area for several quarters.. I guess we can just chalk it up to David Ray fantasy numbes.

The other 55-60% will become subscribers who will be around for an extended period of time.

Well, again.. Simply your opinon that has no basis for FACT.

Here is what the 10-K has to say..

"Gross OEM subscriber additions for 2006 were 2,085,396 compared to 1,916,374 for 2005. Net OEM subscriber additions for the 2006 were 883,934 compared to 980,827 for 2005."

That's just over 43%. Now to make things worse. Of the 883,934 OEM Net Adds. 555,094 of those are Promo Subscribers in OEM Promotional periods.

That's a pretty poor showing from the OEM segment.
