Well put, Joe. I echo your comments. I too welcome both bear & bull ANALYSIS. I don't know whether Li is long or short -- and I am sure most of us don't really care. What I am particularly critical of & find a waste of everyone's time are strong conclusionary statements (i.e. "the stock is headed for a new low") posted without any analysis. The stock has solid support in the 36 range. Li's prediction that the latest news on the "restatement" will "pull the stock to new lows" did not come true. See techstocks.com. IMHO, the only downside risk at these levels is overall market activity. If a correction is in the offing, ORCL the volatile stock it is, will trade at the head of the herd.
