Hi Michael, Just began my DD. RE: Poor valuation - The internet components are lost in their "professional services", which is the dominant component. Also, looked as a SAP "installer"; this is out of favor, although mySAP looks promising. Also associated with accounting professional services, dull. Internet investors DO NOT like baggage and dull divisions (albeit solid revenue generators.) Just began research so will touch back after assessment. ASP solutions in 2000 is intrigueing, but not first to market and ASP market moving fast. The newly IPO'd ASPs are well funded and have no legacy burdens which are very taboo in "internet time" to market. buck
