(sniff...sniff) 3Com , U.S. Robotics merger closes SANTA CLARA, Calif, June 12 (Reuter) - 3Com Corp said Thursday it has completed its merger with U.S. Robotics Corp, following shareholder approval of the deal from both companies Wednesday. 3Com said also that the reincorporation of the company from California to Delaware has been completed. The merger, announced February 26, gives shareholders of U.S. Robotics 1.75 shares of 3Com stock for each share of U.S. Robotics stock, 3Com said. On Wednesday the stock deal was valued at about $8.5 billion. pat
