Hi Fernando - Jaws will not have to pay out the $5M if someone does crack the code - the insurance company is on the hook for that. Jaws has to pay a premium of course, probably in the neighbourhood (Canadian spelling!) of 12-15K. EBIZ was basically a shell that the owners of Jaws acquired. This is not a case of the same owners, products, etc. simply changing the name to Jaws. bbruin
