Allen, very interesting post regarding WIND's intrinsic value. There's a lot
here for a fledgling investor like myself, both on WIND-related topics, and
just general investing knowledge.

I have a question regarding something you said in the post (actually, I probably
have many questions, but this is the only one I'm able to form at the moment!).

You say you base your revenue projections for WIND on 32-bit MCU
growth rates. You also say that for MWAR, near-term, "there is no
guarantee whatsoever that product licenses will expand".

Why is it that you feel that WIND will get to ride on the back of the MCU
growth rates, while MWAR may not be able to? Is it just that WIND is more
focused on the 32-bit MCU part of the embedded world than MWAR? Or is it that
you feel that WIND's products are just that much more strategically positioned
to take advantage of the MCU growth . . . meaning that WIND is just a better
bet to ride the tide than MWAR?

In an emerging, high-growth market, it seems like there would be room for more
than one company to be lifted up with the tide, so I'm just unsure why you feel
that may not apply here (or at least not to MWAR).

Regards,

Jim
