Sounds like you're avoiding the issue -- exactly the approach of government to avoid accountability by obfuscation and subject-change.

Sounds similar to "there's no evidence tobacco is addictive or causes cancer because we have no proof"

My response was simply to point out you were making a non-sequitor, there isn't a call to project imponderables, but simply to use minimum standards used by the insurance companies, much smaller entities with a hundred years of best-practices and calculations.

Your response to such a confrontation is to mildly sidestep further hoping no one will notice, I guess.

Not being critical, except when you make claims as if you understand the subject, then when it comes time to discuss specifics, walk off muttering.
