Also, by virtue of their sales of Cholestrak, don't know what kind of distribution infrastructure is really in place. On the fixed cost argument alone, one could argue that CMTR should distribute condoms as well as HIV test kits. I was trying to look beyond the easy economics and see if their was any marketing brillance behind this decision. My definite conclusion: Maybe!
