Lionel, Thanks for the information. I was not sure what were the exact regulations were. I have just started trying to apply some non linear systems optimization techniques to spotting turning points. Basically I have been able to map the system into bi-linear and tri-linear systems and have seen some interesting results looking at historical VTSS data. Anyone else trying these techniques. regards Robert Talty
