We have to go to the Web site and vote our shares and let them know how you feel. Which website are you talking about? the proxyvote stuff or apco website. BTW, what is APCO's web address if there is one. What is your guess to 180/11.9 > 13. Is there a charge associated with the purchase (for F) that is ~25M Regards Ramesh
