But out of old-fashioned gamblers' pride, I want to buy AAPL at less than $18.90. What's the concensus here; will AAPL ever sell for under $19 again or not? Why or why not?

apple could easily double it's earnings estimates this quarter, that annualized is still only .88 cents..... times a growth factor of 15 is $13.2 + $11 cash per share is about $24..... this is what people are expecting and why it is trading at this range..... (not going to go into the debt they are racking up for you shareholders in ESO's)

i doubt now that it will get below even $20 this quarter, but next quarter those earnings should drop back down to .11 cents a quarter, unless apple comes out with another loved product, which they very well could...... then you are sh*t out of luck for a long time to come......

however buying at this price is paying full value (for current conditions), and there is no excuse for that if you want to buy at below value to make money.... so you can't buy now either...... you are stuck......

course all of this could change if there is some unusual news out.... but that isn't a very good bet either......

jon.
