To all,

Before my visit I called from the road on tuesday and talked to Karen I asked her if someone would meet with me. She said that senior people would be out of town, but to call in the morning. Because of the business I was conducting I was unable to call, so just showed up. When I walked in the place is in a building that looks like a college dorm. The first door was Keith's. It was ajar so I knocked. No answer. I then walked by four other doors that were theirs. The names of the new staff were on them. Across the hall was another door to a bigger open room. At that time Karen Johnson appeared. I introduced myself and asked if any one was availible to talk. She said they were out of town. She also said that Dr. T. will be availible to talk to people in
in four to five weeks once he gets settled.
She said changes are coming.
Money is tight.
Dr. T is committed to making this work.
Dr. T is from outsided the company.*********
Dr. Henderson has agreed to stay on as Cheif scientist and is committed to the technology.
She reinerated that the F.D.A. shot down andovir as a supplement.
She said that deals, partners and collabs are being actively pursued.
Restructuring and cut backs are in the offing.
I said their press releases are to ambiguous.
She said they feel they have said to much in their releases.
