10:55 ET Dow +53, Nasdaq +9, S&P +7.15: [BRIEFING.COM] The Dow and the Nasdaq have put together a modestly constructive turnaround off the session low. Initial barriers have been breached and if they are able to maintain a posture above 1868/1862 Nasdaq and 10,250 Dow, they will remain in position for further upticks. Aggressive trading is not expected in front of the Fed meeting but the averages are oversold technically and due for at least some corrective upticks. Market internals are mixed but have improved as up volume for both indices is now outpacing down volume. Firmly weaker bias is evident in the Treasury Bond market amid profit taking. SOX +1.5%... DOT +0.7%... XOI -0.2%... BTK -0.6%... Russell 2000 -0.04%... NYSE Adv/Dec 1315/1392... Nasdaq Adv/Dec 1480/1607.
