Intel shares fall after downgrade Intel Corp. dipped on a downgrade from Josephthal Lyon & Ross Friday. Analyst Lawrence Borgman said the stock reached his price target. He also expects third-quarter revenue to be flat with the second quarter, due to substantial price cuts on its old-generation Pentium chips. Borgman still has a buy rating on the stock. Shares fell 1/2 to 99 5/8. dbc.com
