Suspect those Safeguard investors who have viewed it as an internet play, prefer a purer internet play, and are simply moving assets to ICGE.

If so, it is likely to be a temporary pullback (read opportunity), since SFE's NAV rises as long as ICGE is valued highly by the market. Much depends on what value SFE investors were placing upon the ICGE component while it was closely held, and what value they'll put on it now and going forward.
