re: Intel lawsuit: Thanks! I am very satisfied with your answer. I have done extremelly well with Intel as long but I came lately with the crazy idea of shorting it based on the lawsuit and also as a hedge for my longs in market declines. Based on your input, I may cover sonner rather than later but I will hold down to the short with market hedging as the first reason and the lawsuit second. Don't ask you to wish me luck as you are probably long this stock.
