Karmazin has pointed out that racier content like that on the Stern program could be on a separate tier where it would be removed from easy access by children and more sensitive adults.

Like Sirius does with Playboy radio.

I agree about the timing for picking Imus up. If its going to happen it would probably be less problematic after the merger completes (or after the merger is rejected or otherwise falls apart).
