Good thing your opinion doesn't count. He certainly could shorten it to where he discloses compensation from the subject company. You know a couple lines like "TTFinancial has recieved xxxxx shares and $$$$ in cash for promotional and investor relations services from ABCD That is what the law requires. All the rest of his disclaimer is CYA material for his protection, not the publics
