SKIL - who is buying this pos and why?

SkillSoft Corporation is a provider of training courses that are accessible by users through corporate intranets or remotely through the Internet, covering a variety of professional effectiveness and business topics.

Market cap is 403 million
Cash is 1.80/share
Revenue is 32 million/year

Earning release expected May 16
Estimate this quarter is -.30 cents
fiscal 2002 estimate is -.63 cents
fiscal 2003 estimate is +.63 cents

2003 forward pe is 48

I just dont see any catalyst for the 2003 enthuthiasm.

Significant insider selling.

I just cant find 1 positive thing about this company.
Their stock rise has truly amazed me. (total irrational exuberance)

This is probably a great short for a patient investor who is willing to time average into this pos. (maybe 10-15% per week until a desired position)

I see $10-15 within 6-9 months.
Maybe even a zero if no profitability in 2003

Good Luck
Michail
