I wonder if they brought up the point that HAVA established the procedure that was followed on Florida as the standard to be followed by all the rest of the states. Ie, felon lists. (with no checking as to the actual accuracy of the lists). If this is established as it was in Florida, who knows how many voters who have a legitimate right to vote will be disenfranchised.
