well, obviously it delivered a bit of a disappointment by rallying from that bearish looking pennant...and it's a bit too early frankly to judge whether this rally is corrective or something more serious.however, it did retreat from an area of resistance today, so there's hope. if it gives the recent gains back quickly, we could probably be reasonably certain that the late Sept. high will be left standing. fundamentally, since it 'beat estimates' it is assumed to be a-ok. even so it is fundamentally overvalued by ANY yardstick...10 times price/book, 48 times earnings, 8 times price/sales, those are rich for a mundane&mature business. insiders are selling pretty steadily... i think the recent move was exacerbated by the large short position...over 10% of the float is short.
