Greetings, sol dude!
We're delighted to have you posting on the Thread. And in gloomy Syracuse, we're always happy to see the sun. (OK--who knows Latin?)
But enough of the pleasantries. Let's do business.
1. It is indeed the Company line that the FDA stopped the launch of AndroVir. But that is a falsehood. (Karen might not be lying, in that she may not posess the truth.) The FDA does not have the authority to prevent the marketing of dietary supplements. The FDA does have the authority to regulate "drugs." A substance is a "drug" if the manufacturer (i) claims that it cures a particular disease or condition, or (ii) markets it exclusively to people with a particular disease or condition. Companies are perfectly free to market substances as dietary supplements, so long as they do not say or do number one or number two. Additionally, the FDA has no jurisdiction over the remainder of North America, nor on any of the other six continents. Precious time is being wasted--but there is still a golden opportunity for this dietary supplement.
2. The loss of Art Koch was devastating. But there are those of us who dream of Babish, Campbell and Koch reuniting . . . .
3. It has crossed our minds that we should pool our shares and oust Rhodes--and all the other Directors as well. (Given their evasiveness and stonewalling at the recent stockholders' meeting, they are all implicated--either in the original fraud, or in the subsequent cover-up.) But we confront two difficulties. (i) How do we contact and educate other shareholders? (ii) What, precisely, must we do to exterminate, or at least oust, the Directors? This process is outside the areas of expertise of the various Threaders. What do we do first? second? third? nth? What is the most cost-effective strategy?
Any help you can offer on these matters would be deeply appreciated, and collectively advantageous. If this is outside your area of expertise too: do you know of anyone who could ramrod this stockholder stampede?
For the record: together with family, friends and colleagues, I can pledge more than 50,000 shares.
Hoping you can help,
Jonathan |
