Bob, These are certainly well founded reservations, but I think three of them hinge on the same assumption. Turkish government doesn't provide business with incentives for recycling. Section 29 is the US Code and Andrews and Kurth, while experts in international law, can't guarantee tax incentives to ALL businesses. Perhaps the deal is being held up pending resolution of this, which is why a price has not been set. Besides, the pr notes specifically that 'various models of the processing units' will be ordered based on the market area to be developed. I've been burned by companies supposedly getting contracts (signed even) from Third World countries so I don't have anything positive to say either way but I do know that diesel is THE choice of fuel in Turkey whether you like it or not so it makes sense that their market is open for this kind of transaction. Also notice in the pr that GOE has 'obtained exclusive rights to develop the marketing territory of Turkey'. Nice piece of change if we can get it. Bill
