Only reason Book to Bill rose that much was because of the large decrease in shipments.
Bookings were only up 5% for the month and as we have seen in press releases, some of these can and have been cancelled during the course of the booking. The shipping number which is the denominator in the Book to Bill number decreased 12% which should more than double the effect of the 5% booking increase, by appearance only.
