You breech upon another possibility that has occurred to me. Since rumor has it that PRLN would consider a buyout, why not take it one step further and orchastrate a shareholder buyout of the company? If we can amass enough shareholders to pool a controlling number of shares and then find a *reputable* businessman who 1) sees the value in reviving PRLN and 2) has the necessary capital to make a viable offer we would have enough voting power to ratify the buyout. Plus, we could try to hire Babish, Campbell, and Koch back.

Of course, the catch 22 here is to find a well capitalized business man or business that will stand behind us in our efforts. Does this sound reasonable? I am willing to pledge the 6,400 shares that I and my father collectively own.

By the way, I am originally from the Syracuse area and travel there often. Perhaps we can meet to discuss this someday.
