Flack, if your defraged, probably not worth the bother and time of doing it again. Just a couple other dumb suggestions.
If your only problem is with WOW, that should tell you something. Possibly software is corrupted, download it again, but I bet you have already done this 5 times and it's not worth the bother of doing it again.

I actually have a similar situation going on now, have to download my brokers trading platform so much I had them send me a disk. It still crashes about 3 times a day, and I am the only one of their customers having this problem (so they say) and they can not come up with a reason or solution. My conclusion has been my poor connection ends up some how corrupting the software. Either that or even though I delete the software before I reload, somehow whatever bug is in there does not get properly deleted and just keeps coming back to corrupt. The new Windows you suggested could help with this. If I get mine resolved I will let you know where and what the problem is. There is one more experiment I am going to try and I will also let you know if it makes a difference.

You seem to be the only person here having WOW problems. So the problem may lie in your connection, that's why I keep harping on testing the ping thing. I had ATT until about 3 weeks ago and from here no problem, and tried to use the 7/7 service for about 3 days, mostly as a back up. If you have the 7/7 plan this could be part of the trouble. The ads slow up the speed considerably. Most of my WOW problems have occured when my isp service is slow.

Another suggestion try another feed service, I think I used DTNIQ a few years ago and it was fine, fairly cheap, and if nothing else I bet they have a free trial period.

Flack I realize you have probably tried it all, but I wish I could help in some way, it's very frustrating.
