here is an interesting story to read:

PS: previous(post) % was arrived at by 5000 144 sold(now common and in the float)/50m (+/-)=.001%[if my math is right <g>] These quick(off the cuff) calculations raised some questions in my mind.
After laying awake all night worrying about this,<LOL>,I decided to pose a couple of questions( probably at this point, not overly important)..
1) how many shares are in the float?
2) if you know the answer to #1,then
A) how many treasury shares are there?
B) how many 144(restricted shares) are there?
C) who owns these 144 shares?
D) what date/dates do these 144 shares come off restriction? *Appearently some already have.
E) are there options to acquire more shares by management?
F) how many 144s and options were handed out in recent mergers?
G) have all debentures been converted?
H) if not,how many more shares above the APS shares will be needed to convert these debentures?
Many of these questions may have been answered,or are in the filings.
I am guity of not investigating this( full count of shares, type of shares, options, etc.), and thinking out load, but intend to begin. Any info would be appreciated....
