I'm getting jaded too. There is way too much continued uncertainty where uncertainty does not need to exist. HDI may not know what the Russians are going to do, etc. and that is understandable but when they tell us something is going to happen by a certain time and then nothing happens we shouldn't have to go back and re-think exactly what they said and how we may have misinterpreted something, etc. There is so much contradictory information going around..I have obtained the October newsletter Holography News. It has more information about the entire Russia 601 decree issue than this thread has been able to produce since the beginning of the contract. Do not PM me for details as this is not free public information and I would be violating an ethical standard and committment to Lew Kontnik. I think it is safe for me to say that half-truths are being told by some parties and there is still much that is unclear (which we already knew). George, about the payment you asked 'why bother?' to pursue the issue further, as we have a low trust level anyway. It appears that you don't have the inclination to find out more. I'm about where you are--show us something or stop talking to us. Yet, they are showing some attempts to communicate with some shareholders more than previously. I admit that these still raise my hopes if even slightly. I guess now I'll hope slightly for the audit next week since Kevin said it will be done in the email to Leslie. I understand also that Debbie told a thread member a few days ago that it was to be completed this last Friday and would be reveiwed on Mon and Tues and would be filed after that (possibly on Tues). I guess now I'll hope slightly for that. I also heard that a check for payment maybe was in the works on Friday from people who flew in to Miami. I guess now I'll hope slightly for that too. Sorry, but this is ridiculous and I guess I'm a fool to keep hoping that this is all a series of misunderstandings that can be explained by dissecting each and every nuance. Perhaps it is time to see what probably is obvious to everyone else. Anyone care to clue me in on the obvious here?
