"Editor and Publisher" has the leaked Pultizer list. Looks like the "LA Times" leads the pack.
The Complete Pulitzer Finalist List?

NEW YORK Just days after the Pulitzer Prize juries completed their annual choice of finalists for journalism's biggest awards, the annual leaking of purported finalist lists is naturally occurring. E&P has obtained what we feel is the first credible list that includes all 14 journalism category nominees.
According to the list, obtained from sources that provided E&P with highly accurate tallies for the previous two Pulitzer competitions, the Los Angeles Times leads the pack with nine finalists, while The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal have four each, The New York Times has three, and The Boston Globe and Miami Herald two apiece.
Other nominees on the list include those from The Sun in Baltimore; the San Jose (Calif.) Mercury News; The Blade in Toledo, Ohio; The Dallas Morning News; The Philadelphia Inquirer; the Atlanta Journal-Constitution; and The Providence (R.I.) Journal; among others.
The nine finalists would be a tremendous triumph for the Los Angeles Times, especially when compared to three for The New York Times.
Much of this unofficial list is identical to one The Washingtonian magazine cited on its Web site Friday, but our list includes four additional categories not noted by that publication. These include nominees for commentary, explanatory journalism, editorial cartoons, and breaking news photography.
Even if our list is completely accurate, further changes could be made. Under Pulitzer rules, the juries put forth three nominees in each of the 14 journalism categories. The Pulitzer Board then considers the nominees and chooses winners in each grouping. The board has the power to move any finalist from one category to another, or even move an entry up that was not nominated by the juries to finalist or winner status. The winners will be announced April 5.
Each juror is directed not to reveal the finalists to anyone, with Pulitzer officials asking that each sign an agreement not to leak the nominees. But every year, alleged lists circulate freely.
The nominees, according to this list, are:
