bp, you are right and I sold on the opening today, losing a buck a share. Sorry for the "late reporting" but my access is limited, and so is my I-net available time lately. When the TA and the FA do not jive, you'd better believe the TA. The breakout last week must have been a phony in preparation of INTC's party, but it seems they did not invite many rambusites to that party. Zeev
